We have professional QC team of experienced 5 workers.Every nail machine before shipment have to go through strict testing procedures including aging testing. Any product will never be shipped once our QC team confirm the quality isn't qualified. 

We always offer 1-year warranty for all nail machine from the date of shipment.

If any product within warranty have quality problem, we will always send new replacment parts at our shipping.

If any faulty products can't be repaired by customers, we will send new machines or credit for customers.
